Acacia Homecare provides care in people's own homes, including elderly care, companionship, personal care, dementia care, respite care and live-in care. It also offers supported living for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities or autism. Its services are regulated by the CQC.
Minal and Sanjeev Chowdhri started the business in 2011. Branches now cover North West Surrey, Stockport and Manchester, Reading, Slough and Southampton.
Franchisees receive an exclusive territory, help choosing premises, an initial training programme and ongoing training. Support continues with regular business reviews, operational help and assistance recruiting key staff.
