Active Sports Group

Active Sports Group, which trades as Active Sport, provides sport for children through school PE, after-school clubs, holiday camps and early years sessions. It started in 2005, traded as Active Soccer for its first 15 years and became Active Sport in 2020. The business is based in Maghull, Merseyside, and operates in North West England, Greater Manchester, Surrey and Buckinghamshire, as well as in Ireland.

There are two routes into the franchise. Launch Your Own is for coaches, PE teachers, graduates and sport specialists starting from scratch. The Expansion Model is for people who already run a children's activity or coaching business. Franchisees get the Active Sport programmes, branded marketing and the brand's own software, along with help with venues, local networks and funding.
