Franchisees run their own branch from home and operate a converted van as the animal ambulance, arranging the vehicle themselves. Training set out by the brand includes a City & Guilds course, a two-day veterinary hospital experience course and marketing training, with further first aid and pet sitter courses later on. Head office says it helps with business set-up, client engagement, administration, social media and software.
