baby ballet is a preschool dance school running ballet, music and movement classes for children from birth to six. Its programme follows the Early Years Foundation Stage, and the brand says it teaches more than 20,000 children a week. It is based in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and was founded by Claire O'Connor.

Each franchisee holds an exclusive territory where they run classes and parties, and can also sell uniform, shoes and clothing. The brand says the franchise suits dancers, dance teachers and entrepreneurs who want flexible work. Franchisees receive full training and ongoing support. In January 2026 there were more than 85 franchisees across the UK.
