About
Baby development class franchise founded in Salisbury in 2004, franchising since 2006 and now part of WOW World Group.
Information
Baby Sensory runs weekly parent-and-baby classes aimed at supporting babies' early development. The programme was created by Dr Lin Day, with the first classes held in Salisbury in 2004. The brand is now part of WOW World Group, alongside sister programmes including Toddler Sense, Mini Professors and KeepaBeat, and the classes also run outside the UK.
Franchising began in 2006, and the first franchisee started in Kent that October. Franchisees run classes in local venues within an exclusive territory. Support includes initial training, class equipment, lesson plans, an operations manual and national marketing, and the brand mentions government-backed Start Up Loans as one way to fund the business.
For details of the franchise package and current territories, see the brand's own franchise page.
Details checked against the brand's website and franchise portal listings in November 2026.
