Basilico

Basilico is a premium pizza delivery brand that bakes its pizzas in wood-fired ovens. It was founded in 1998 and runs around ten sites in London. The brand says its own ordering platform takes more than 60% of its delivery orders. In 2026 it began offering Protein Pizza, a high-protein pizza concept, as a cloud-kitchen franchise.

Franchisees run a delivery and takeaway site. Basilico is looking for franchisees in the outer London suburbs, Oxford, Cambridge and other major cities. It says it provides regular e-marketing and planning support, a customer loyalty scheme and new menu items on a regular basis.
