Basking Babies runs classes from pregnancy through to pre-school, including baby massage, baby reflexology, baby yoga and pregnancy relaxation, along with support circles for parents. It was started in 2012 by founder Carla Davison and took on its first three franchisees in 2014. It lists 18 locations, 17 in England and one in Scotland, plus online classes.
Franchisees run local classes with flexible hours and low minimum class sizes, which the brand says are designed to fit around family life. No qualifications are needed: practical and business training are included, and franchisees get peer support through an online group and regular meetings. Exclusive territories are available across the UK.
