Belvoir

Belvoir is a lettings and estate agency brand serving landlords, investors and homeowners. It began as a single office in 1995 and is now part of The Property Franchise Group plc, with more than 140 high-street offices across the UK.

Franchisees run a lettings and sales office, covering business development, valuations, viewings and staff recruitment. New partners can open in a territory, buy an existing Belvoir office that is for sale, or convert an independent agency to the brand. Training includes a course at the brand's Grantham base, and the group provides ongoing support with systems, marketing and business development.
