Ben and Jerry's

Ben & Jerry's franchisees run Scoop Shops selling the brand's ice cream along with sundaes, shakes, smoothies and ice cream cakes. In the UK the brand operates several formats, including high-street shops, shopping centre and outdoor kiosks, and cinema concessions, which make up much of its UK estate. Its UK locations include Soho, Tower Hill, Brighton, Edinburgh, Peterborough and Windsor, and it opened a kiosk at Merry Hill in 2026.

Applicants propose their own site or territory and how many sites they would like to run, and franchisees recruit and train their own staff. The brand looks for applicants with business experience who can build and carry out a business plan. Its UK head of franchising said in 2026 that it will open anywhere in the UK where the location, footfall and franchisee are right.
