Franchisees run their own BizSmart business within an exclusive territory, under a five-year term, and need no premises. The package includes launch training and marketing, the brand's own planning and business-growth software, an IT and CRM package, business manuals and marketing materials. The brand says it maps out each franchisee's first three years in detail during set-up, and it provides weekly support at first, followed by monthly franchisee meetings and training.
