Haute Dolci is a dessert and brunch restaurant brand founded in 2017 by Nizam Mohamed, growing out of his earlier dessert brand, Heavenly Desserts. In August 2026 it announced Reading as its 21st UK site, and it also has venues in Kuwait and Pakistan.
The franchise is premises-based and comes in three formats: an open-plan space of around 1,800 sq ft, a retail unit of between 1,800 and 3,000 sq ft, and a larger Caffè format of between 2,500 and 4,000 sq ft. Franchise partners receive support before opening and on an ongoing basis.
